MystiCode Generated Content License

1. Introduction
This document outlines the licensing terms for the software code, documentation, and other related content ("Generated Content") created by the MystiCode service.

"Generated Content" includes, but is not limited to, code, documentation, comments, and any other content produced by the MystiCode service for your software project.
3. Ownership of Generated Content
Ownership of the Generated Content is transferred to you only upon full receipt of payment.
If a chargeback occurs, or payment is not made in full, the rights to the Generated Content remain with MystiCode.
4. Source of Generated Content
The MystiCode service utilizes various AI technologies, including the OpenAI API, to assist in generating code and other content.
5. Your Responsibilities
While you will gain full ownership of the Generated Content upon full payment, you are responsible for ensuring that its integration and use within your projects comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the Generated Content as per your needs.
6. Attribution
No attribution to MystiCode is required for the use or distribution of your Generated Content.
7. Limitations and Liability
The Generated Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
MystiCode shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Generated Content.
We recommend reviewing and testing the Generated Content before deployment within your systems.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace this license at any time.
We will provide notice via email prior to any new license taking effect.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These licensing terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States.
